These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. This number 07901 823 560 rang on the 26/04/2023. It was a voice recorded message, stating, for some unknown reason, that I was immediately entitled too several hundred's of pound's. I hung up immediately, as I suspected it was a Scam phone call. Thank You for Your assistance in this matter.

Rude Asian man telling me about a problem with my computer. His supervisor called me back and asked why I had been rude to his staff. I told him that he was rude by saying that he would put a block on my computer and I would have to pay to get it working again. The 3rd call was just shouting at me in a foreign language. Calls 4 and 5 were silent but I could hear the same people in the background.

Phoned my Dad with the same Microsoft rubbish quoting a serial number and saying that they would disable his computer, my Dad hung up but they rang straight back. He told them to go ahead and try to disable the computer but nothing happened. He asked for the guy s name and number and he said he was Peter Connor and quoted this number. Someone must be able to track down these scum, wherever in the world they are and lock them up!

Con artists! I am signed up to TIPS and if this was a legitimate company they would be following the code of practice set up. They do not follow the law. they use a recorded voice, therefore they are criminals. Another number for the call blocker.

Someone called but on answering the line went down. If it had been a bad line they would likely have called back - they didn t. Probably a scam call.

Unsolicited call for boiler replacement 03/04/14. I am on TSP but this makes no difference. Caller put phone down when I asked questions as to who was calling.
