a man called Dave called the hospital switch board and said that he was from head office security and all phones had failed so asked to be put through to 09071267755 which we refused then he was extremely abusive so we ended the call this has happen a few times

I wish I had been in when they called: I always give them such hell, they wish they d never been born!!!
