Received a call from this number @ 08:09. It was an automated voice message claiming to be Rachel Todd from HMRC. She was threatening to sue if I did not call them back. I have now blocked their number.

Someone just WhatsApp me from this number under the name of khayra thought someone should know.

Had the very same thing on this number 016188182004. Indian accent from a call centre, passed on to "manager". Told them them I knew what they were up to and that they were ringing from India. Don t give them any information and put the phone down.

They phoned my mobile and left no message. When I called back later, a message said something like "There was a problem connecting your call" Sounds a bit dodgy to me.

Call received from this number at 19.07 on Monday 15th October. When I answered, no-one spoke, there was a lot of background noise and voices and then "they" hung up!

Is a company who deals with collecting references for former employees.

I doubt that very much, also pet peeve but called me by my first name which suggests they have more information than I would care to give.I had to stop his spiel to ask him to remove my information which he couldn t do so I ve hung up. 012 5555 4810 rings me regularly and keeps hanging up, they don’t leave a voicemail either. I no longer answer the landline phone, I wait till calls go into voicemail. I have told friends and family to leave a message and I will pick-up the phone as soon as I recognise the caller or the reason for the call or I will call back.
