They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.
It rang and no one spoke when i answered. Rang it back - number not recognised.
As soon as I answered they hung up

I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.
