Called saying he was from Microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. When I repeatedly asked why he was calling he became very abusive. Caller had an Asian accent but knew some very offensive English words! I informed the police.

These people keep calling me to contact someone who has never lived at my address and have consequently never been on my phone number, no matter how many times I tell them this they refuse to take my number from their records. They are parasites feeding on the backs of peoples misfortune. 16 Jul 2021 - Rang to say an appointment was needed to fix my smart meter that doesn't work. They told me to ring 0808 501 5200 (E-on Next) to make the appointment which I did. When I got through I was told that they had no record of the call, it must have come from E-on Energy. After a long arguement I gave up.Reply
