Michael (Indian accent) giving address as Ealing Avenue in Manchester. Claimed to be legal adviser for financial services company. When asked for the company registration number he asked if I wanted to buy the company and hung up.

I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. Called saying they understood I had been in a car accident not my fault......I said yes that is correct and I am now deceased. They hung up.

Have had several cal;ls but I never answer tyjhose that I do not the number of but it is annoying, unsolicited and basically harrassment. I can see why older people get snagged up with these things and end up well out of pocket.This is the type of thing that government should be legislating about and force mobile phine and landline operators to bar numbers from using their networks - reason why they dont? perhaps people in government make money out of it - maybe?

SCAM Very rude gentleman claiming to be from BT and asking me to access a website because of a (non-existent) change to my Internet connection. Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.
