Scam very abusive rang our coffee shop saying they are from the complaints department, and that they are going to cut our gas and electric off, when told no, he got very abusive shouting and ranting saying you are stupid woman, we said yes we know and he continued rantibg at us, after putting phone down and telling him where to go, he rang back and started again, we just put phone down so he was wasting his time

Spam call about working in a noisy workplace trying to get you to claim compensation with them.
Called from a noisy call centre. Introduced themselves from black pearl claims. Company registered in leeds kept them on the line the wanted to know my address DOB and if i had any loans.
DANGEROUS SCAM. The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. Said they were Mcafee support, handling issue relating to our home "network" which would mean all devices using network (he meant router) would shortly become infected and stop working. Wanted £200 to fix, as our Mcafee didn't cover "network". Said we'd call back and given this number. Subsequently checked with Currys who support some of our tech who confirmed it's a scam
