This is the fourth call from a Bournemouth number beginning 01202143. The last 3 didn't leave a message. The first call was picked up and they claimed to be an ECO Green company dealing in insulation. When questioned they said their manager would call back. Of course they didn't. It looks like a possible scam.

My elderly mother had a call from this number today, lucky I was there and answered. They claimed to be from BT saying that as she has been a long term customer they were going to give her a reduced line rental for three months and free internet access, when I asked how do I know that it is BT, they hung up, called 1471 to get the number but when you phone the number a voice tell you the number is not used

These people obtain, STEAL, your tel. number from your ip address via metadata. Ever come accross annoying adverts when browsing online which doesn t let you close? ie. Engadget, youtube etc... Mine was a survey which popped up whilst online and I had to wait 20secs inorder to dismiss that advert. Enduring the agonising 20 secs. Man called this morning.Knew our surname and age range.He started talking about energy efficiency and wanted to ask question about our home.I told him that I would not answer any questions over the phone.Although he was polite and thanked me for my time I have now blocked the number.
