Charged premium rate don’t pick up

Had a missed call from this number today - called themselves Reactive Homes and were selling Home Insurance, totally out of the blue and did not request. Easily combated this by saying I was moving shortly and they soon got off the line, just irritating!

Asked for a different name couldn't quite hear her I said to take name off list she. Arrived on talking still couldn't make out what she was saying as seen as she didn...

Everyone can relax. I just called the PO Helpline and a very helpful, patient and pleasant lady told me that this *is* a legitimate POTelephones offer. They are offering a bill reduction for long-term customers, a sort of loyalty bonus. I got the number of their helpdesk off of my latest bill, so *that* is almost certainly legitimate. I hope this reassures some people. J.
