This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Call center lied saying we had requested update on BT Openreach became abusive and shouting after called out on lie, repeated calls afterwards immediately hung up on answer.
Voice mail message stating it was my bank and that they had noticed that I was using amazon prime and if I wanted to stop this service press 1 to speak to their amazon service desk. Needless to say I didn’t press 1 as I don’t use amazon prime. I also rang my bank and they confirmed it was a scam.
