I asked her where this accident allegedly took place and she said 'in Glasgow' and I asked when it had taken place and she said 'last month' and I said that this was a phishing call. SCAM - Claims to be from BT OpenReach. States that there are errors happening at my router, impossible - i have Virgin Cable so it doesn't go over BT OpenReach. Also OpenReach wouldn't call me because they are not responsible for routers in houses, this is BT, they and OpenReach are 2 different companies now.
