Indian man who claimed I had been specially selected as a Carphone Warehouse customer to benefit from a special offer. I've never shopped at Carphone Warehouse, so knew it was a scam. When I confronted him with this he said he got my number from a database. I asked him what his mother thought of him working as a scam caller, at which point he hung up.

Fraud , indian female , claiming she was from virgin media, asking if i was aware my broadband would be cut off in a couple of hours as there had been a lot of illegal activity from my account. she hung up after i pushed her to give me information about my account. i am not sure whether it was passwords or payments she was after but she got nada from me and hung up.

Apparently, a recent survey has revealed that the insulation in our loft is illegal, and if we do not replace it, we will be fined by the Government. When asked how thesurvey was completed. here is evidently another round of these tiresome calls, claiming to be from a law firm , regarding an alleged minor car accident. From the accent, it is probably from the Sub-Continent and clearly rather sadly fraudulent. Ignore all protestations to the contrary.
