They rang me today lady with a strong asian accent, knew my name and postcode. (I didn t tell them they was correct with my name etc) when I ask who they was she gave a name I didn t believe. When I ask what the company was, she replied with f##k you and hung up. Absolute morons!!!!!

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. Re The failed bank payment, the bank itself stopped this money and when I spoke to my bank it was decided that the £149 seemed high for an anti viral program and there was a possibility of fraud. recieved a call from HSBC today. somethin about upgrading the "ordinary" account to "premium". well, I don t like being cold called so I hang up. a day later I phoned HSBC. they told I hadn t been called. so..... question... are the guys at HSBC liars or, and more likely, this call had the sole purpose of aquiring account details and so on, aka phishing.
Rang me twice, hung up both times upon me answering. I only answered coz it was a local area code. Now blocked.

Call from Amazon. Told to go online and check emails because somebody was taking £700 from my account. I said no and rang off. Called again wanting to know why I rang off and to get on the computer. I said no again but wouldn't take no for an answer I asked why not using Amazon number it was because it was a security number. Told unless I did as asked, payment would go ahead. I said OK go ahead.Told to be sure as call recorded. 'Good I replied, then you are also recorded. They rang off.
Number has called me several times too, on answering it immediately goes dead on ringing back it is blank and then goes dead.

Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.

This Telephone Number called to say that my Amazon Prime Account was being cancelled. Since I don't subscribe to Amazon I suspect the return call number was a premium rate number. was suppressed me is that it is very local and linked to M&S telephone number which must have been hacked.
Called saying they understood I had been in a car accident not my fault......I said yes that is correct and I am now deceased. They hung up.

Fraud absolutely disgusting phone called received from This number. I get called 5/6 a day. A man was trying to argue with me. He told me he was from a debt company and asked if I had debts, to which I answered it’s Jon I feel your business. He asked for me home address and email address! I said absolutely not he then proceeds to shoot at me down the phone telling me HE WILL NOT take my number off there database. These phone calls need policing, it’s disgusting that companies like this get away with it.

Caller (male, strong Indian sub-continent accent) said he was from the Debt Advisory Department, and was calling to advise me about clearing my debts faster. Worryingly, he addressed me by my full name which I do not normally disclose or use.
Said it was pra group asking for a name that is only accociated with ee (phone contract) no where else have i just it. Ive had this number since the days of T-Mobile when it used to be on pay as you go. Only swapprd it to pay monthly at Christmas and what do you know 41 missed calls since the end of April. before you say they didn t do a credit check because I ve been a T-Mobile customer for so long. So they ve never had my full proper name this is the only place where I used the name they re asking for. ba
