Asked for Andrew *Undecipherable* who has never been associated with my number when asked who was calling they gave the above company name which may well be false as Google doesn t provide any information for such a company existing. When they asked me to confirm my identity I told him that it was a business line and he hung up.

28 Nov. 2022 (17:33) a chap with Indian accent called me claiming to be from BT to say that my computer may have been compromised and that he could check that for me if I switched it on and he ran a quick check. Complete nonsense of course and an attempted scam. He said he was calling from London but the area code is Falkirk (Scotland).

I asked him to explain what happened as he had it all there. He told me to f*ck off and said he would slap me in the street if I spoke to him like that. Apparently he owns the business so he can talk to his potential cs how he likes.

Will ask for money/ passport copy/ credit card / address copy. You will lose your money and ID. Will open credit in your name and address. It is a big SCAM. Clame to be a trading company where you will make millions.

A woman with an accent who asked for me by my maiden name, she said she wanted to talk to me about offers. I hung up. Spam or possible fraud.

This number has rung my phone at least a dozen times and hung up before I can answer I have now barred it !!

Trying to dial the number gets a message that one should "check the number and try again" because the number is invalid (which I hinted at being possible). This, to me, confirms it is a scammer, attempting to appear a valid UK caller but failing as they are unfamiliar with the rules for UK phone numbers.
