This number called my phone whilst I was out. Upon returning home and returning the call, they asked my name and insisted they hadn't called me. They wouldn't tell me who they were and hung up.
This number phoned me and nobody spoke to me it was very quite when I rang it back it didn't ring it just cut off why does this happen

Received a call but then it gets cut off, its from 02038597401 the man explains its from Passport Office. Not sure tried to call it back and its saying they are but I did call the acutal British Passport office and they have told me that this number is FRAUD! so do not give any information of yours! to 02038597401 this is a fraudulent number. Well, they phoned earlier and a recorded message informed me, that it was my banks security department, which it obviously wasn't, the number trace showed a call the Russian Federation, RED FLAG. She said, Somebody has accesed your account and made a £600 purchase fron Amazon and a £2,000 transfer to an international account, RED FLAG I politely told her to stop trying t scam people and she immediately hang up, basically, our phone providers should block these calls, as we are paying to receive them!

Well spoken young male claiming to be from BT business and looking to review my phone usage and how I could reduce my costs. When I advised him that this was a residential line he said that as it was still being used for a business he could probably still save me money. When I showed disinterest he advised me that I would need to have a conversation with them soon as BT were discontinuing analogue phone services next year and we would lose our service if we didn't transfer to digital. I hung up.

Called at 1210hrs. Male with office sounds in background. He spoke with an Indian sub-continent accent. Said his name was Simon and was calling to make me debt free. I asked him the time where he was. He asked "Why". I said if he did not answer the question I would hang up. I hung up.
