silent call for 30 seconds , then an automated voice at the end said goodbye.
73p access charge an 7p. A short ring received and stop so knew it was a scam, but trying to delete from my missed calls, my phone dialled the number and I ended the call but not quick enough, so charged. Obviously a scam to may you call back a premium number and make money from their charges.
