Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1413672xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with Accident Management Services, accident chasers - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Guys did they call you with the same or something new?
Fraud. Asian sounding male claiming to be calling from Sky refund department and they were refunding £202. I ended the call. I don't have Sky, so obvious fraud, probably attempting to get my bank details

Just been called by this number, asked for me by name and said he was an Eco adviser and was about to go into his speel when I asked him who he worked for and he just hung up! Saved me the bother anyway!
A man who said his name was Patrick rang today. He started a prepared SCAM speech about about loft insulation. When I interrupted him he put the phone down
