Not recognised when called back. Dubious!!
Called at 0930 by Microsoft who advised that I have a "computer problem" I asked for and given this number for verification. BEWARE this is a confidence trick - switch the call to BT Protect if you have it.
Voicemail left however there was no voice - have called regulary.
The phone rang once and that was it. I just looked up the number out of curiosity.

This number calls daily. I did answer once but it was just background noise.
Automated call. Almost convincing there was a human at the other end except for the long pauses between sentences & the inability to engage in conversation when you speak back at it. No doubt it understands Fcuk off as I put the phone down. haha. Blocked for future. Some scam about insulation. .

Contacted me by a dating app and tried to make me sign up at a very suspicious online trading account platform with 1% reputation, luckily I searched for it before clicking on his link. SCAM 07920 351494 automated voice saying internet section of my bank (but did not say which bank) and that they have stopped a £600 transfer to Western Union and for me to press 1 to speak to an adviser. I hung up believing this to be a scam call.

Ambulance chasers. After a long delay she finally asked if I d been in an accident. I hung up.
Called me several times, insisting I had opted in. I used their website contact form to complain and to my surprise got a reply offering to tell me where they got my details, BUT for a fee of 10.00! They also said my numbers had been removed but they ve just called my mobile... They are now blocked. TPS/OFCOM/ICO are useless so long as these people can claim you have opted in. There needs to be a mechanism for checking and revoking opt-ins. Or better still make the default on all websites opt-OUT,
I had a marketing call from this number trying to sell me a new boiler. When I asked for their website the lady who introduced herself as Grace hung up.

SCAM Someone called “David” called trying to sell me a mobile phone contract. iPhone 13 pro max, 24 months with unlimited data, minutes and texts. For £40 a month. When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. Swearing dialogue commenced, said they were from Sri Lanka which seems nonsense. Accent sounded Indian. Called back on different number
No Answer when picked up. eventually a recorded 'Goodbye', so probably either either checking my number is live or expecting people to bring back if their answerphone picked up the message and its assumed an important call missed.
