When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. Whe I said "I beg your pardon" he told me to stop begging like a F...ING dog and to answer his F...ING questions. Who can I report this to in a more official capacity ? 101 ?
I don't answer calls that I'm not expecting if I don't know the caller. I work nights and keep my phone on silent during the day. Looked on here for a missed call, saw it was from Three and glad I missed it. Will be blocking them as they never have anything useful to say!

3 phone calls in 3 days from this no. Having searched this site and others to read reports of Windows scams etc. I decided to answer this one. An Asian man asked if I was Miss Christine. I said "Who? Who s calling?" He hung up, I didn t for another 3 minutes, so presumably prevented him from bothering someone else. Reporting to ICO.

Fraud, claims to be calling from sky regarding my broadband, claims my router is sending them some sort of warning that there's a fault they need to fix. I'm not with sky, they didn't know who I was, it's a scam trying to get money out of you to fix your broadband. I have had numerous calls from these people and when I tried to question them and they realised I was suspicious they put the phone down. Do not engage with these con artists.

having repeated calls from these, yes I do owe them money at the moment, but after years of paying without any problems this is the first time I have been one payment behind. SCAM. Call received at around 21:30 hours. Caller asked to speak with me by first name. I did not confirm whether I was the person required, but asked who was calling. She did not answer but repeated her question. When I asked again who was calling, the young sounding woman said 'I'm from Virgin.' I then asked what she wanted with the person for whom she had called and she hung up. A bit later I called the number back and the same woman answered with 'hello!' Definitely not from Virgin. Scammer.

Keep getting calls from this number at different times during the day, weekends and evenings. I don t know them and don t give my home phone number out. Getting annoying.

This appears to be a scam to obtain credit card details for illegal purposes. We called the number and was immediately asked for our credit card number, but NOT WHICH CREDIT CARD NUMBER, which raises concern over legitimacy, as we have several cards, so which one would we use?
