They tried to call my landline yesterday but the call was intercepted by True Caller so it didn t disturb me

This number calls at least twice a day. Around the same time between 1pm and 2pm. The number isnt a number i know so i do not answer. They never leave a voucemail either.

I called the number back got through to a recorded voicemail advising it was not a sales call, it was a market researcher working on behalf of EE - I am an EE customer so seems legit.

Had a missed call from 01772 325455. Rang them back - they did answer! It's a sales company looking for advertising opportunities... someone's got to do it, I suppose...

They have called twice left message once and sent me two emails concerning a debt for plusnet. I contacted plusnet who confirmed no outstanding debt and that this was a scam.

Saw the random number and predicted immediately it would be an insurance scammer. Sure enough, English sounding girl on the phone asking about recent accident. I told her I don t want to participate in her scam. She paused a few seconds and told me she was just calling from an insurance company (didn t actually say a company name). I told her no she wasn t. Called claiming I needed to get my solicitor to call immediately. Didn t call but searched here so did nothing. HMRC won t call on such matters
