Keep getting stupid calls when I call back the line goes dead

I had numerous automated phone calls from this number asking for a Sarah Harris, I have never heard of this person and they have definitely not lived here as it s a new build and I have lived here from the start. They started calling twice a day, then fizzled down to 1, stopped and started up again this evening. Tried pressing 1 when prompted and ended up with a voice mail in the back ground grrr there driving me nuts!!. I ve also never been in debt!! There must be a way off stoping these scamming idiots!!

Having several calls a day from this number. Have answered but no one speaks on the other end. It s getting very frustrating and I m unsure what the purpose of the call is.

Rang me about ppi and car accident which I haven't had 4 times a day for the past week so i rang them back and told them I would Hunt them down in brigg north Lincolnshire ...

I missed this call, rang back and it was apparently an invalid number.

left a message saying tax fraud registered under my name and if i dont press 1 now to get connected there will be a warrant issued and i’ll be arrested right away????????????

Odd!! Drop called after introduced and questioned. Says from life insurance company???? I d say beware.

Receieved a call from this number a few minutes ago. Not sure why someone from Oswestry would want to call me but answered anyway. Very obviously a call centre fronm the background noise so I was quite happy to have a chat but unfortunately the call was dropped. Oh well, no fun to be had here so 01691 numbers are blocked.

called to ask about some debts which I am allegedly paying off. Told them they had wrong number and the instantly hung up

usual pakistani,muslim sounding scammer claiming to be from solicitors. for some reason he didnt take too kindly to the barrage of verbal abuse from me and eventually took the hint after calling back 5 times in rapid succession for more of the same treatment. sometimes its just nice to be able to unload your abuse at someone who cant complain about you. :)
