Reporting to be from the insurance company regarding car accident claim. Overseas accents and language yet supposedly in London ?

Claiming I had a car accident and they can help with the claim, when challenged how they obtained my number (registered on TPS) they became very aggressive and abusive. Clearly they operating some sort of scam. Once you begin to challenge them they shut down they will hang up and place you on hold and refuse to give any credible information which would allow you to then report the issue appropriately to get them shutdown.
