No idea who this is, and I don't live anywhere near the location they're calling from. Also couldn't find anything on them on google, I suspect this is a scam/sales call.

He new my name. Tried to suggest he was from a Government Agency and I owed money - unsecured loans. When I disagreed and asked for his details, he put the phone down.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Someone called my mobile from this number 02087258118, using an automated voice, saying they were going to suspend my National Insurance number because of unusual activity!! Very threatening and loud voice saying I had to ring back this number immediately. To me that sounds like a scam because anything serious and legal they would have phoned and spoken to me and sent an email. Its twice now that my mobile number has been contacted by scammers and its getting really annoying.
