When I refused to tell the man if I was a home owner or a tenant, he asked me to stop wasting his time and tell me if I was F...ING interested. He then called me an F...ING W..RE and said that he would make sure I had 10 nuisance calls to replace this one I should have answered. I was called on my mobile by someone trying to tell me that my sister (I have power of attorney) owed 53.23 to BT but if I paid the full amount by card, then she would have her line restricted and avoid further charges of 18.00 for re-connection. They were really pushy that I make a payment but I thought something was off and wouldn t give any details at all!

Accident claims even though I don t drive haven t got a car or a motorcycle yet they still insist I had an accident rude as well ignore/block
