SCAM RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER, IN A MATTER OF A FEW HOURS. THE MESSAGE IS THE SAME AND IS WRONG IN INFORMATION. THE PERSON THAT IS PHONING FROM THIS NUMBER, DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ALSO TRIED YESTERDAY FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBER.

Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.

According to person on other end of call, they were calling with regard to the problems I had logged with the local housing officer. I had done no such thing so this is obviously a scam call

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. strange number, I had 2 calls from similar numbers back to back.
Strange message from person named Lana, saying taking daughter to Aquarium this weekend and wanting to know if they were interested in coming. This number has been reported to o2 as spam. Unable to say if this is a spam number or genuine number sending message by mistake ... although i see it has now been reported 4 times in on day so i suspect its a Scam of some sort.
