I was expecting an automated service call (appointment letter implied it), was surprised when it was a real person. She asked for me by full name then explained why she was calling. She asks you to confirm your DOB and whether you will be attending your hospital appt. on the date given at xxx hospital.

Asked if I had problems with Telephone marketing and sales people, asked if he meant like this call , he said he wasn't selling anything and obviously I didn't know what Telephone-marketing was.
