Scam caller re loft insulation hung up when told “it’s a flat”
SCAM Very rude gentleman claiming to be from BT and asking me to access a website because of a (non-existent) change to my Internet connection. Became aggressive and clueless when I asked him to prove his identity, before giving up easily. Come on, guys, you're not even *trying* to be convincing any more! Amateur.
Genuine line but some scam is pretending to be their number on incoming call display.

Told the runt that I work for Carphone Warehouse and we no longer offer EE, O2 or Three (haven't offered Three since around 2010!!). Called by this number; claimed to be BT calling to tell us about attempted access to our details when we were online. BT is not our ISP. This is a scam. It is not BT. Do not be taken in.
Had a missed call. Called back and was told it was EE and that no further action was required! Strange ... maybe they were testing the number to make sure it was still in use for further nuisance calls!
