I asked for my name to be removed from their database as I was unlisted and also on the telephone preference scheme (TPS)I was told that was irrelevant because they were acting on behalf of the Government. They maintain they are The Home Energy Centre (Chelmsford no.) but no trace of them anywhere. Treat with caution. They even phone you if you are registered with TPS

I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow.
