I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. Had dealings with RTA a few years ago and they were totally useless and not to be trusted. Had a call yesterday from this number and they are now calling themselves something like Business Associates, claiming they had a buyer waiting to buy my business and could they call back with details. Got a call from 0161 975 1500 but they hung up before I could answer. I have already reported them to Trading Standards to no avail. Recommend you waste there time but trust them with nothing!

Called on my mobile to asked if I was interested in selling my business. I don t know how they got my mobile number.

A man claimed he was from a company called "Speed" who rudely demand to know why I hadn t made a claim for the accident I d apparently been in. The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking. This is clearly a scam hoping to either get some personal details to allow them to commit identity fraud or to falsely extract money from me.
