Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Has put me off buying from them in the future. I sincerely hope they don t ring me again or I will be making a complaint to Boots head office. If I want insurance I will buy it! I don

Twice I have received calls from this number. The first time I missed the call; no message left. The following day they called for a second time. I answered but they hung up on me! My guess is that someone is updating a database of useful information for scamming purposes. If it s a genuine sales call, it is not being run by a reliable or trustworthy organisation. Just don t answer.

I rang this number as called at 18.30pm and the ring tone sounded international then got put through to a robotic voice that just said all my agents are busy right now I’ll be sure to call you back! Blocked!
These people have been calling every weekday for the last week, I always miss the call & they leave an automated voicemail (can’t understand it as it’s not very clear). I block the number after they call and the next day I will get the SAME voicemail from a very similar number but with one digit changed... have blocked 5 numbers now yet still getting the calls

This was a call from somebody purporting to be calling from the Times subscription department about a problem with my account. I was just suspicious and phoned the main Times newspaper subscription service number. They confirmed that the call from the Colchester number was genuine.

I had a recorded voice telling me that my IP address had been compromised and was going to be disconnected and asking me to press 1 so that they could ask me some questions. I did this and was connected to a call centre where I was I asked why I had called. I explained and said that I was deeply suspicious of a scam and they hung up. The recording called again and I searched for anybody else who had this happen, but I could find no reports.

Said it was going to London but wouldn't give me a post code so we could have delivered ourselves tomorrow. London destination. BH2, Bournemouth card address, Phone number reporting to be in the Blackburn area. Card declined when put through machine. When I suggested my suspicions of fraud to her she put phone down.
