Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 3334439xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance management, PPI and pensions - just another call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...
They asked me my name but when I asked who was calling no one spoke. It sounded like a call centre as there were human voices and office sounds in the background. After 30 seconds I put the phone down. I rang them back but got a voice message saying their voicemail box was full.
Some waster called Natalie from Albany Assured telephoned asking to speak about my claim!! Never had accident or miss sold anything. Must have obtained my details from the thief at Aviva who stole my data along with hundreds of others( being prosecuted by data commissioner - wow! Toothless tiger and all that) Essentially morons avoid like plague

It's a home appliance insurance scam. They called my elderly mother and tried to make her think it was her existing insurance company but it's actually a fak-ish looking company called J&L Home Assist. They tried to get my mum to hand over her bank details and persisted even when she said she wasn't comfortable doing that. A bit of investigation reveals that there are a number of similar fake companies doing the same thing, all claiming to be in the Bournemouth area.
