numerous calls some connect some don't latest one knew my name and number despite it being ex directory, nto given to any organisation and on TPS..It was 'about feedback form a recent collision'. after askign how they got my number several times they hung up

Bloody nuisance. May have something to do with insurance or something equally stupid

Because I had once used Easylife, who are clearly selling on personal details of their customers. Avoid!

SCAM See other comment about this number belonging to Greenwich Loans and they are not regulated by FCA nor authorised to trade.

Robot voice said it was HMRC and there was an outstanding lawsuit against me. It was my final warning apparently and then it hung up.

SCAM. There is no such thing as a Covid Pass. I nearly fell for it. The first thing they ask for is your GP’s post code. That made me take a 2nd look at it. Then they asked for my name date of birth address etc. I completed my mums Covid booster online form and it wasn’t like this so I pulled myself together and deleted everything and looked at the number which was a mobile. The NHS don’t send anything by text on a mobile number like that. Dangerous SCAM.

Fortitude Plethora recruitment scam employment scam. In Manchester. They get your number from CV websites, tell you you can make £150,000 and so on, they make you pay to work for them, then doing commission only door to door sales when you get there.

Very pushy sales.

PPI claims for you. Ring continuously despite having been told to remove our number. Also this firm uses different telephone numbers to ring us

Called twice in a minute. Must be illegal autodialer with no operators free to talk to me when I picked up.

Claims to be Amazon . My account been debited for £300+ apparently

The usual rubbish about owing Amazon money for a non-existent account. It's going up. £300 plus this time. I suppose even scammers have to allow for inflation.

SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

SCAM supposed Amazon but blatantly not.

An ill educated Asian male very poor English claiming my internet was showing faults. When I asked what faults and how they could tell I got a total rubbish answer. Why do BT tolerate this. They area code is South Milton but clearly they are as close to De

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour
