Was phoned by someone saying that I'd won a free holiday and all I had to do was pick up the vouchers from opposite the Trafford Centre in Manchester, both me and my husband. I'm working, and my husband is looking after our young children so we don't have time for that, particularly in this day and age of electronic tickets, emails etc. Five minutes on the internet reveals that this company = CLC World - will offer a high pressure sales pitch for a long term time share. Fake caller pretending to be a hmrc and claiming there was tax fraud investigation and if I didn't answer I would arrested promptly, I pressed 1 and a person answered saying how can I help you today, this therefore told me straight away it was a scam as why does a hmrc officer need to ask me how they can help me if they called me. Don't continue with the unless you want to mess them around.
