Having received a call from this number I decided to call the number back, it was connected to a Pension Claims company, however as I have started to notice if you listen to the full message you can remove your details by pressing X/#... so will see if this works.

Called few days ago. Indian accent claiming calling from Citizen advise bureau. Used my old name. Anyway I never had dealings with CAB. Told him he has wrong person.
