Got missed call from this number didn't answer, says phone is in south africa so I doubt its legit.

Called just now about my accident "Sometime in the last 3 years". Couldn t tell me when the accident was, nor which insurance company it was. When I asked to speak to a manager they hung up.

Keeps calling so I let call go to answerphone but caller cuts off immediately. Think it may be a scam call.

Woman phoned me and put me straight through to colleague after saying hello not even telling me who they was. Then the new guy answered and said I had come through to him as I was looking for compensation. he then proceeded to tell me I had rejected a payout offer from my recent car accident and he was part of the team to make sure I get compensation, I fell straight into the trap and gave him a fair few details he then sent an email asking for an E signature. Called older person and said they were police, left a name, police ref and date, the man was assertive.

I had my details sold by Car Phone Warehouse, after buying phones....... told ICO hope someone does something as in their terms and conditions there is wording relating to this, but no opt in or opt out..... it s just wrong, I pay for a service, a phone and then they sell my details on.... why .... never ever have I had such texts/ calls as I do now all within a day of purchasing something from their site...

Says he is calling from justrunout.co.uk in Luton but his number is from Basildon and their only office is in Billericay. Completely fake.

Asked me to update service on fridge freezer as it had not been done for a year. I do not have a fridge freezer so the answer was easy !
