I had a call from an immigrant this morning saying that they were from Microsoft, and that there was a big problem with my computer which they needed to fix. At this point I told them that they were too late, as someone from their number had already called me about the problem yesterday and fixed it for me. Just answer the call and put the phone down, on speaker if you can so you can hear them getting frustrated. Or if you have the time and inclination fabricate a fib about working...

Sent 3 a texts saying I was to receive details of my new account in the post - utter rubbish I have never contacted anyone called PhoneBank The third message had a number to call. Naturally, I haven t called it. Avoid.

Trust Deed Scotland do not send people cold text messages as they do not engage in unethical practices like that.

No idea who this is, and I don't live anywhere near the location they're calling from. Also couldn't find anything on them on google, I suspect this is a scam/sales call.

This number is one of a number of similar numbers calling one of our staff with a recorded message claiming to wnat to sell PPI , loans and claiming to be linked to Nat West No person ever actually speaks and th UK rules on this type of thing. I suspect this number has been hijacked by a untrustworthy marketing organisation abroad

Receieved a call from this number a few minutes ago. Not sure why someone from Oswestry would want to call me but answered anyway. Very obviously a call centre fronm the background noise so I was quite happy to have a chat but unfortunately the call was dropped. Oh well, no fun to be had here so 01691 numbers are blocked.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk.
