I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. They don t even ask if I want to advertise. Despite referring this to their complaint department they still continue to bombard me with calls. This is now harassment

I received a call from this number this afternoon. He wanted to confirm my details, so I asked what it was regarding and he hung up. A little strange really.

10:48 hr call. Usual time for unknowns like this. No message. Likely scammer. Blocked.

03/11/2017. Call received from Indian male ( sounded like call center in background! ) Then got the usual are you the householder and "I would just like a minuete of your time to answer some questions!"I Then told him not to ring again and hung up on the nuisance caller!
