It is very interesting that several of your comments relating to this number, I have just received in the past week, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day; such as the comment about it being a Californian compromise on the internet, but also supposedly BT IT Desk! I phone Lloyds (PhoneBank) number to be told that this number belongs to the Lloyds Credit Card Collection department (I had missed a payment due to personal circumstances) and they wanted their money.
