I was called from this number and the caller was very insistent / pushy about the fact that I MUST be owed PPI compensation otherwise they would not be calling. They required bank / credit card details and when I said I had already received compensation from my bank, the call was terminated by them without explanation.

SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Said he was from an IT company that I had used recently, when I asked where he got my number from overrode my questions saying he had got it from a database and continued saying I had used one of there services recently. Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. Very aggressive male caller refusing to listen. ended up telling him (very rudely) to go away and hung up

Not sure who phoned but they called on and off for last 2 weeks

They keep calling but on answer it stops maybe you get charged for answering but if its a lagit call they should text a message

They keep phoning my landline. I tell them every time to take me off their data base because I m not interested but they still phone almost every day. I ve started telling them to F*****f but they still call me.

They call about the accident you were in. You ask them to remove the number because a) It is an unsolicited call and you have TPS and b) You have never been in an accident. They say sorry, I will update the records. Next day they call back, so you say the same thing over again, so do they but you add You said that yesterday and yet here you are ringing me again! They promise to remove the details from the database. Guess what, they just called me again!

Had a call from 01889 803612 - telling me that I need additional software for my PC - told him I didn't need it, he persisted, I started to lose my temper and he hung up - ...

When I rang the number back, nothing happened

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.

Said they were SKY, and knew i was ViP customer trying to offer a better deal. I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

Left a voicemail saying "sorry I missed your call today regarding your energy renewal" please call me back quoting reference number and then gave a number - our energy isn t "up for renewal"!

Sounded recorded and said my internet service would be cut within 24 hours and then proceeded with usual crap advice at which point I hung up.
