PPI. They said it was called HELP YOUR CLAIM. I asked to speak to the manager and told them that my phone was registered to not receive cold calls, and asked them where they got my number from. They asked for my email address so they could let me know where they obtained my number from. I refused to give it, as next thing they will be sending me emails too. Have been bombarded in the last few days with calls from 02922250412, 02922250417,02922250413, 02922250420. No idea who they are. All calls from unknown numbers go to my voicemail but they never leave a message. So it must be some scam operation trying it on. I have blocked all those numbers now
AMAZON Another Amazon scam call. I've never bought or even thought of buying anything from Amazon, so it can't be real. It took a few attempts to disconnect them.

14 Dec 2021 - I got a call from 044 1235 590638 in India. I was dumb enough to dial back for the missed call number. I was placed on HOLD and no one answered my call for the 6 minutes of wait time. I would like to know if I have been scammed in anyway. Kindly let me know if you can. Reply
Company trying to "review" my life insurance. I tried to politely tell him that I was not interested but he wouldn't take no for an answer. Ended up putting the phone down and now blocked. Had a call from similar company a couple of weeks ago too.

Banking Scam - VISA - Money waiting my permission to be paid overseas from my current account -(American woman's pre - recorded voice) I checked my online banking account and nothing waiting to be paid overseas.
SCAM said it was from Amazon and that over £1000 of goods had been ordered by me. Not true.

This is a recorded message, supposedly from BT, telling me that my internet has been compromised and that I should press a number on my phone to be connected to someone who would sort it out for me. Needless to say I did not press any numbers. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
