Just got this call from the above number , answered the phone , but no message or sound , just quiet .....these calls are a right pain in the rear , but what can one do about them , they just keep coming 3 or 4 times a week....
There was a long delay in answering after I picked up and a crackly line suggesting this had been re-routed to an international call, the voice was not a native English speaker, possibly Asian but can't recall what he said. I just hung up.
