Young girl rang saying that they had been informed that I had had an accident recently. I didn t answer the question and left the line quiet. She then asked if anyone was there and I said, yes but the line seemed to have been an automated line for one moment. She quickly replied ok, I will take you off of our mailing system and put the phone down.

Insulation I have received several calls from Chris on this number over the past few months. He tries to arrange an energy assessment on my house (which no doubt will result in a sales pitch for loft insulation etc). He's very polite and inoffensive, but I wish he would remove me from his database.
