Seems to be some call centre calling with fake PPI claims/ Industrial accidents/ worked in a noise environment, they have some database of phone numbers with basic details and then they just try, asking about accidents you have had (should have..) in the past, but it was nonsense in my case. Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.
