SCAM - fraudsters are using this number pretending to be O2. woman Called, then when I called back (knowing it was 'Mem's Cafe' after a google search), a man picked up with the same accent and didn't seem to care nor want to investigate - so assuming he's involved and is using the number in the same way.
This is Vodafone but why use an unidentified number. As previously stated by other contributors, I cancelled my contract and requested my PAC to go to another provider. I will not change my mind as the Service is not awesome.

When I pointed out that I don’t have Sky and enquired if this was another Indian call centre scam call the guy calmed me a MotherF****er and a C*** and several more expletives. Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...
Caller claimed to be from Microsoft, and there was a problem with my computer. I hung up after a couple of minutes, caller did not call back. The caller new my name and address.

I answered this all on my mobile and they hung up immediately so I rang from a land line and was told by an automatic message that I had won vouchers and/or and Ipad. I was to receive a call shortly to complete a short lifestyle survey at which point I put the phone down as we know what these surveys are like!!!!
