I have had the same calls from this guy,. I did make the mistake of paying first time, but since I know of this scam im not no more, but he still keeps ringing me.
They are very cooperative and professional and services are next level everyone should try.
This sounded like an Indian call centre claiming to be from my internet provider regarding faults on my line. Clearly a scam as he hesitated quite a bit when i asked who he was calling from. The number is not recognised if you re-dial it,

No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.
Constant calls thro out the day, never spoke when I did answer!

Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.

Something about someone having an accident in our house in the last two years. Said a goldfish had jumped out a pond and died. They hung up.
