The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. I was called by this number and the very rude guy tells me he s from EMCAS. I immediately tell him that I m not interested, where says he is not interested either, and hangs up.
