This number calls claiming to be from HMRC, they say they have discrepancies in your tax return and your national insurance number will be suspended if they are not correct. At this point I hung up.

I have listed this as scam SCAM but I do answer unknown out of the blue calls. I believe that if the caller dosen't bother to leave a message, it can't be serious and is probably up to no good. As soon as the caller got the answerphone message they immediately killed the call.

SCAM Fraud BEWARE ! This number has only recently appeared on this site (August 2023) from other people checking. Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. A company calling themselves "Housing Disrepair Management" falsely claiming I reported a problem to a housing association and trying to get details from me, despite the fact that they couldn't tell me my name or where I lived. SCAM This is a scam call claiming to be from Microsoft and telling me that my computer is highly compromised and they need to secure it. Yet they called my nans old landline which I wanted to keep when they house was sold following my uncles death so I had it redirected to my phone. I know this is a scam as they used my uncles name and he had been dead since 2020 so there is no way his computer was sending them any reports

Fraud: This UK Vodafone mobile number is being used by fraudsters who are targeting people to pay a deposit for an apartment which does not exist. The paid money then goes into a fraudulently opened bank account. It can be evidenced that they also steal peoples identities to open bank accounts and to advertise apartments to rent as described above.
I was always communicating via email. So last week I found out my package arrived at a post office in another town. When I called with tracking number I was told it was not registered under my name. I called today and sent a email but have not received any responses. Any suggestions?
