I got a message from this number 07860021363 that named me by my name claiming that for my accident they could get me my money back quickly. I got a car accident 3 years ago and since then I am quite often getting messages like this. SPAM ! Don t trust them !!

This number has been constantly disturbing me during working hours with aggressive highly irritating calls of up to 10 times a day.

Like another person wrote on here, I said no to the insurance on the website, the person was friendly enough and accepted no thanks, but I didn t consent to my number being used in that way, only for delivery info (i.e. time slot) to be given. Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Received a call from this Number but hearing problem,

I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???
