SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. Caller ID on my phone didn t recognise it as a known number to me so didn t answer - they were persistent as it rang for a couple of minutes!

Phone automatically blocked the number but on phoning it back got a very apologetic message basically saying the number had been hijacked by foreign scammers and that the matter was in the hands of ofcom, just block the number and give absolutely no information whatever to them as it could be used for identity fraud.

Missed call. Unrecognised number. But received on a mobile that I rarely use and very rarely give out my number since I am not allowed to have it on me at work!

Repeatedly called by Wills UK despite never having given permission and having told them not to call me ever again. When you call them on this number, you get a recording saying that they will call you back and press 1 to remove your number. It doesn t, and they call you over and over again.

i have blocked this number so doesn t ring my phone but somehow leaves a stamp on my voicemail, its really getting me down as it is interfering with my business as I m getting 9 of these calls per day.
