This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. I had a missed call from this number and having read here that it was a debt collection company I panicked that I had forgotten to pay something!
